Dr. Yakov Feygin is the Director of Public Finance at the Center for Public Enterprise. He is the former Associate Director of the Future of Capitalism Program at the Berggruen Institute.

In his role at the Berggruen Institute, Feygin collaborated on 2023’s Municipal Public Banking with JFI.
