Now live: 2025 Proxy Voting Data from the Center for Active Stewardship
Our partners at our affiliate, the Center for Active Stewardship, have updated their free database at proxydata.org. Now available are more than 47 million proxy voting records from the last two years, including every vote from U.S. asset managers. These records show how asset managers, such as Vanguard and Blackrock, vote on shareholder proposals, thus shaping corporate activity.
New elements include:
- 2025 “proxy season” votes added (coverage consolidated from 10,000+ new filings)
- Info on externally managed votes
- Query & download speedups (up to 10X)
Asset owners, researchers, journalists, and the public can now scrutinize how managers actually vote—and use that evidence to pick the right stewards. The database allows for comparisons of manager voting on key resolutions, scrutiny of consistency on stated policies, and the export of vote histories for further analysis.
More new features and tooling upcoming. Please reach out to [email protected] with questions, comments, and suggestions.
