Adi Rao
Fellow
Adi Rao is a fellow with the JFI-Brooks School Fellowship and a PhD Candidate at Cornell University’s Department of Government. He studies national security and technology issues, especially cyberdefense, the politics of outer space, semiconductor supply chains, and AI regulation. He is also an adjunct at the RAND Corporation and has previously worked for the Jain Family Institute and the Nielsen Corporation.
He received his BA in Economics from New York University in 2015 and his MA in Politics from Columbia University in 2018.
