Josue Chavez

Josue Chavez is a Publishing and Operations Associate for Phenomenal World and a PhD candidate in the department of Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Pennsylvania. He specialized in questions of contemporary aesthetic forms and political economy in Latin America, researching financial experiments in Central America and the ways in which works of art, architecture and literature theorize some of their social contradictions. Prior to his graduate degree, he studied Comparative Literature with a focus on Mandarin and Spanish at Columbia University.
