Lexin Cai

Lexin Cai is a fellow with the JFI-Brooks School fellowship. She is PhD student in economics at Cornell whose research interests are in public finance and labor economics. Prior to Cornell, she was a Research Analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
