Yunjie Xie

Fellow

Yunjie Xie is a Junior Research Fellow at the Jain Family Institute working on the Guaranteed Income initiative and other empirical research. She is currently a 2nd-year Master’s Student in Economics at Columbia University. Her research interests lie in development economics with a particular focus on poverty and inequality issues in developing countries. In addition to working at JFI, Yunjie is a research intern at Sustainable Development Solutions Network where she works on building up the long-term macroeconomic model for developing countries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in taxation from the Renmin University of China.
