Workshop in Ethical Engineering
JFI fellows Abby Everett Jaques and Milo Phillips-Brown, along with Edmond Awad of MIT, are teaching an Independent Activities Period course this January on ethical engineering. In the course, “students study and apply a protocol for identifying and addressing ethical issues in a computer science, software development, or other engineering project. Builds a vocabulary to advocate for and justify ethical decisions in engineering contexts.” Read more about the course here. Read an interview with Abby here.
