Paul Williams
Guaranteed Income
Paul Williams was a Fellow in Guaranteed Income at JFI and concluded his term in summer 2022. He is currently a student in the Economics MA program at CUNY’s John Jay. He formerly served as a bureaucrat in the Chicago Department of Housing’s policy division, and prior he worked for the Economic Opportunity Institute in Washington state as a tax policy advocate. Prior still, he was a substitute teacher, and before that, a restaurant delivery driver. He has a BA in mathematics from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
